| The influential house of Maison Martin Margiela embarks on its very first hotel collaboration by orchestrating the interior design to la Maison Champs-Elysées. The hotel is located within the confines of the historical Maison des Centraliens in Paris. Following its victory in a design competition, MMM set forth in designing the two buildings that encompass la Maison Champs-Elysées including the suites, restaurant, smoking room, bar and reception area. The overall tone is one of harmonious contrast infused with surrealism as ample amounts of signature Margiela are applied, including the prominent use of white.
