| Fans of Taka Hayashi should take note of the upcoming trunk show event at VANS DQM General in New York City. The show will be a platform to preview the forthcoming Spring 2013 footwear and apparel collection, alongside his original artworks. Inspired by elements from mountaineering, design cues from boots are transplanted onto the classic VANS sneaker silhouettes. Guests are also able to pre-order the Spring 2013 collection at the event, as well as shop the current Fall 2012 collection from Taka Hayashi.
