Here's a look at the latest from Supreme. November 1 brings a fresh drop of new T-shirts, three of which are a collaboration with Stax Records, the Memphis-based label synonymous with soul music and artists like Otis Redding, Isaac Hayes, Olle and The Nightingales, Booker T. and The M.G.'s, and many more. Suffice it to say, they were responsible for the output of a lot of influential African-American recordings—including releases from the likes of Bill Cosby and the Rev. Jesse JacksonIn addition, there are a couple of new graphic tees in the drop. Most notably is the "Vienna" tee, which features a take on Gustav Klimt's painting The Kiss. |
