With its mid-October release date pushed back due to the mass shooting that took place during a late night screening of The Dark Knight Rises, a new re-worked trailer of the anticipated movie Gangster Squad has recently surfaced — reminding us again that this is a movie not to be missed. Starring Sean Penn, Ryan Gosling, Emma Stone, Josh Brolin and Nick Nolte, Gangster Squad is set in the early ’50s and focuses on group of LAPD detectives and their encounters against a powerful, New York-based crimesyndicate. Slated for a new January 11, 2013 release, it is not yet confirmed whether or not the infamous theatre scene has been cut from the film entirely
