Union – Editorial by Jakes Davis

Both a highly respected retailer and influential tastemaker, L.A.’s Union has launched a monthly editorial in which owner Chris Gibbs hands over some of the store’s key items to a select group of trusted photographers and “let them do their thing.” The debut editorial comes courtesy of Jake Davis, who partnered with photographer Nicholas Maggio to generate a “hyperreality story shot” at the Chateau Marmont. Creating a racy tableau tinged with both luxury and a hint of danger, models Adrianne Ho, Rima Vaidila and Dimitri Boskov wore pieces from premier labels including visvim, Thom Browne and Junya Watanabe.
